The Master Plan

The Day Hill Tech Center includes two parcels;

Parcel #1 = 15.58 acres which is a combination of 800 Day Hill Road (6.15 acres), 75 Helmsford Way (5.43 acres) and 55 Helmsford Way (4 acres).

Parcel #2 = 6.82 acres which includes 80 and 60 Helmsford Way.
