		FREDERICK M. DANZIGER President/CEO - Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc. Mr. Danziger is President and Chief Executive Officer of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc.
	Mr. Danziger also serves as a director of Monro Muffler/Brake, Inc., Bloomingdale Properties, Inc., a family investment operation. Mr. Danziger serves on a landscape advisory committee for Storm King Art Center. Mr. Danziger received a B.A. from Harvard University in 1962 and an L.L.B. from Yale Law School in 1965.


		ANTHONY GALICI CFO - Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc. Anthony Galici is the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc.
	Mr. Galici has been in his present position with Griffin since July 1997, when Griffin became a publicly traded company as a result of being spun off from its previous parent company, Culbro Corporation ("Culbro"). Mr. Galici had been with Culbro from 1985 - 1997. Prior to that time, Mr. Galici was with Touche Ross & Co. Mr. Galici received a B.S. in Accounting from St. John's University in 1978.


		MICHAEL GAMZON Vice President - Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc. Mr. Gamzon joined Griffin in January 2008 as Vice President of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc.
	Prior to Griffin, Mr. Gamzon served as a Senior Analyst at Alson Capital Partners, LLC, an investment firm and previously worked at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and PepsiCo. Mr. Gamzon's experience includes corporate finance, strategy, private equity and public security investing. Mr. Gamzon received a B.A. from Yale University in 1991 and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School in 1997.


		THOMAS M. LESCALEET Senior Vice President - Griffin Land Thomas M. ("Tim") Lescalleet is a Senior Vice President of Griffin Land. Mr. Lescalleet is responsible for management of the division including business development, leasing and acquisitions, land approvals and its portfolio.
	Mr. Lescalleet's professional history includes 18 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development and management. Prior to joining Griffin Land, Mr. Lescalleet was a partner of The Codman Company, a Boston based, full service real estate service company. Prior work included seven years with CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis) where he was the managing broker of its Boston office and Director of its Investment Properties Group. Mr. Lescalleet earned a B.A. from the University of Vermont in 1985 and a diploma in Real Estate from Boston University in 1992.


		RON EDDY Property Manager - Griffin Land Ronald Eddy joined Griffin Land in 2002 as Property Manager. He is responsible for managing all aspects of building operations along with our maintenance and landscape staff.
	Prior to Griffin Land, Mr. Eddy held the position of Project Manager for Garson Corporation, a General Contracting Firm. Some of Mr. Eddy's professional history also includes Konover Construction, Building Technology Engineers located in Boston, Ma where he was a Regional Manager and Connecticut Bank and Trust where he served as the Director of Facilities. Mr. Eddy has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Valley Forge Christian College, PA, a Masters in Banking from Williams College and a B.A. in Civil Engineering from Central Connecticut State University.


		RANDY GUDAUSKAS Controller - Griffin Land Randy Gudauskas joined Griffin Land in May, 1999. He is responsible for directing Griffin Land's day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions.
	Mr. Gudauskas has over 17 years of experience in the public and private accounting. He joined Griffin Land from ESPN, where he was the Supervisor of Affiliate Revenue. He previously worked at Aetna as the Plan Controller for Aetna Health Plans of Florida. A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University, Mr. Gudauskas holds a B.S. degree in Accounting.


		SCOTT BOSCO Vice President - Griffin Land Construction Management Scott Bosco joined Griffin Land in July, 2005 as Vice President of Griffin Land Construction Management. He is responsible for all new construction as well as building and tenant improvements.
	Prior to joining Griffin Land, Mr. Bosco worked for CASLE Corporation as the Construction Project Manager. Mr. Bosco received dual undergraduate degrees in Wood Engineering and Civil Engineering from the University of Maine, and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
