Requirement In February of 2004, Exel approached Griffin Land with an immediate need for approximately 31,000 SF of industrial space, located near the airport, to accommodate their freight, warehouse and distribution operations. |

Response Griffin Land proposed space within our speculative building, 75 International Drive. The lease transaction and all necessary build-outs to space were completed allowing Exel to occupy their new space within 3 months. |

Result Exel is nearing their one-year anniversary as a Tenant of Griffin Land, located within the New England Tradeport. |
