Overview
 Griffin Land is the real estate division of Griffin Land & Nurseries, Inc., a NASDAQ - listed company (GRIF). Griffin's current real estate business includes the ownership, development and management of commercial and industrial properties, and the development of residential subdivisions on real estate it owns in Connecticut and Massachusetts. We are one of the largest private landowners in the region with approximately 4,000 acres in the Connecticut River Valley. The company also owns 450 acres of land in Massachusetts and 1,000 acres in northern Florida.
Griffin is the award winning developer of over two million square feet of commercial and industrial space in the Hartford/Springfield corridor. Two of our largest business parks are: Griffin Center - Windsor/Bloomfield and the New England Tradeport - Windsor/E. Granby. Our properties offer ready access to the region's Interstate system and Bradley International Airport.
